Aeliqo processes personal data for host/renter verification, handover, payment, claims, support, and transaction audit.
Masking and admin access
Identity and bank numbers must be shown masked in operational UI. Admin/ops access must be recorded in the audit log and must not enter analytics.
Evidence retention
Booking, claim, KYC, and payout evidence is kept as needed for transactions, disputes, audits, and legal obligations; access/deletion requests are processed through support.
Sensitive data
Biometric data, children data, financial data, pickup addresses, and claim evidence are treated as high-risk data and must not be sent to public logs or tickets without masking.
